HIRU is in the CRL building on the McMaster University campus. Refer to map below on this page.

Locate Hamilton relative to major highways in the Niagara penninsula of southern Ontario.

If travelling from the Toronto International Airport:

1. From the airport car rental, follow the signs to highway 427 SOUTH and 401 WEST.
2. Keep to the RIGHT and take the 401 WEST EXIT (to London).
3. Keep to the RIGHT on the 401 and take the highway 403 Hamilton exit from the 401 (a few km past the airport).
4. Follow the 403 West to Hamilton (watch out you don’t miss the turn off on the right hand lanes – if you miss it, you’ll be compensated by seeing Niagara Falls).
5. Take the Main Street WEST (not east) exit.
6. Turn left (west) on Main Street.
7. Find the CRL Building on the McMaster University campus map (building 43 on map).
